Who are we ?

Hello, we are Sarah and Julien , the founders of Miawi® .

We created this project primarily because we have witnessed too much suffering.
In France, it is estimated that there are more than 11 million stray cats . Every winter, thousands of them die from the cold. We saw those lost looks, those small bodies huddled in cardboard boxes or under cars, desperately seeking shelter.

One winter evening, we found a soaking wet kitten huddled against an icy wall. We took it in, cared for it… but it didn't survive. This loss broke our hearts. And it was that day that we made a promise to ourselves: to do everything we could to ensure that no other animal would ever have to go through the same thing .

Our commitment

We started small, with our savings, by drawing the first prototypes of shelters in our living room.
Today, thanks to you, Miawi® is:

  • +5,800 shelters already installed throughout France.

  • +120 partner SPAs and shelters that directly receive our donations.

  • A community of over 15,000 people who follow us and support our mission.

Every shelter we send, every donation you make, is one more life protected.

Our vision

Miawi® is not a company like any other.
We don't just want to sell a product.
We want to build a movement based on solidarity .
