Is the shelter truly waterproof and weatherproof?
Yes, each shelter is designed with waterproof and insulating materials. It protects cats from rain, snow and wind, while retaining warmth inside.
Is the heated model safe for animals?
Absolutely. The integrated heating mat is certified, has a bite-resistant cable, and maintains a constant and comfortable temperature that is safe for cats.
Is it complicated to assemble?
No. The shelter comes as an easy-to-assemble kit: it requires no tools and can be assembled in just a few minutes.
What are the dimensions of the shelter? Is it suitable for multiple cats?
A shelter can accommodate one large cat or two medium-sized cats. Some shelters use several shelters side by side to house multiple animals.
What if I live in an apartment and I don't have any outdoor space?
In this case, you can offer a solidarity shelter: we deliver it directly to the SPA or a shelter near you, and you receive proof of delivery.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery is fast: between 5 and 7 working days maximum , directly to your home or the shelter of your choice.
What are your return deadlines and conditions?
You have 60 days to test the shelter . If you are not satisfied, we will give you a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Can the shelter be used for animals other than cats?
Yes, it is also perfectly suited for small dogs or shelter animals of similar size.
